禅院定名为“竺山禅院”，其中“竺”字象征对竺摩长老的纪念，而“禅院”则体现道场对禅文化的承续与推广。竺山禅院将
作为“禅的教育与实践”中心，指导大众修习汉传禅法，强调次第理论的学习，并以禅文化丰富生活和心灵。
竺山禅院整体建设自2024年开始规划并申请相关准证，预计历时六年落成。竺山中秋礼品《月映禅心》所筹得的善款
将用于禅院运作基金，即行政管理开销、活动规划和教育推广经费等。您的护持，将落实竺山禅院作为汉传禅的实践与
传承中心的愿景。

竺山基金会是一间根据大马公司法令下於2024年4月18日注册的非营利机构，成立的宗旨是为大众提供一个完善的汉传 禅修场所和设备–竺山禅院，以推广、教育和实践汉传禅法和禅文化为中心，从而为弘扬和发展佛教事业做出贡献。
Zhushan Retreat Centre
The monastery was named "Zhushan Retreat Centre," with "Zhu" symbolizing a tribute to Master Zhu Mo, while "Retreat Centre" reflects the temple's commitment to the continuation and promotion of Chan culture. Zhushan Retreat Centre will serve as a centre for "Chan education and practice," guiding the public in the study and practice of Chinese Chan Buddhism, emphasizing the progressive learning of theoretical principles, and enriching life and the mind through Chan culture.
The overall development of Zhushan Retreat Centre began planning and permit applications in 2024, with an expected completion timeline of six years.
Proceeds from the Zhushan Mid-Autumn Festival Gift Set "Moonlit Within" will go towards the centre’s operational fund, including administrative expenses, event planning, and educational outreach.
Your support helps realize the vision of establishing Zhushan Retreat Centre as a center for the practice and transmission of Chan Buddhism.
Zhushan Foundation
The Zhushan Foundation of Malaysia is a non-profit organization registered under the Malaysian Companies Act on April 18, 2024. Its purpose is to provide the public with a well-equipped venue and facilities for Chinese Chan meditation practice—Zhushan Retreat Centre. It aims to promote, educate, and practice Chinese Chan methods and culture, thereby contributing to the propagation and development of Buddhism.
