Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases and services provided by Nets EcoVenture Sdn Bhd (“FoodFarmercy”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Orders

• Orders are confirmed once accepted by FoodFarmercy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Confirmed orders are generally not changeable or refundable. Any exception will be considered case by case.

2) Pricing & Payment

• All prices, fees, promotions and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be received before fulfilment. Unpaid or flagged transactions may be held or cancelled.
• Payment gateways may alter billing/shipping information fields due to their own limitations. Invoices and payment details remain confidential to the purchaser.

3) Delivery

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier, vendor, traffic, weather, public holidays, or other conditions beyond our control.
• If the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery or alternative arrangements may incur additional charges and depend on courier availability.
• Proof of delivery may include a photograph or recipient identification for verification purposes.
• Risk passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the stated address or a person reasonably appearing authorised to receive them.

4) Substitutions & Availability

• Products are subject to availability. FoodFarmercy may substitute items of equal or greater value without prior notice if necessary.

5) Refunds & Remedies

• Due to the nature of our goods, returns are not accepted.
• In rare cases where a remedy is appropriate, it may be provided in the form of store credit, replacement, or another solution at our discretion. Cash refunds are not standard practice.

6) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete delivery details, contact numbers, and any special access information.
• Ensure that the recipient or authorised person is available to receive the delivery.

7) Promotions & Vouchers

• Promotions, discounts, vouchers and credits are subject to their own terms, validity periods, and availability. They are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or guaranteed.
• We may modify or withdraw promotions at our discretion without notice.

8) Liability

• FoodFarmercy shall not be liable for delays, losses, damages, or failures caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, accidents, weather, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected order.

9) Privacy

10) Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of order will apply.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
